Exchange
Any purchased product or gift can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is not damaged or used. You can exchange your items at any one of Barby’s retail store and online where a delivery fee will be charged.
To be eligible for an exchange, the invoice and the tag of the item must be present at the time of exchange, and items should not have been used.

You will be provided with store credit, usable within one year, equivalent to the value of the product returned minus delivery fees (if free delivery was charged above the product price)
